Power Survivor 40E Watermaker
The 40E can be installed
in the nooks and crannies in many vehicles. Contains 40% fewer
parts than its predecessor the Power Survivor 35E. Draws only
4 amps and can run for extended periods of time on alternate
powers alone. Rock solid and built to last. The watermaker includes a 3 year
warranty on all components.
The 12 volt Power
Survivor 40E is designed for cruising sailboats and offshore
powerboats where space and power are at a premium. It
requires no generator, and produces 1.4 gallons of water per
hour on 4 amps, yet it's compact, lightweight and simple to
operate. If
your 12 volt system should fail, the Power Survivor 40E can
be hand pumped with the attachable handle that comes standard with the unit.
Because it uses so little power, you can operate it with alternative
energy sources, such as a wind generator or solar cells. Measures

Katadyn SILT REDUCTION KIT
Protects pump
and membrane from excessive exposure to silt and other suspended particulates.
For use in such places as glacier bays, inland waterways, strongly brackish
waters, and shallow waters where the bottom may be agitated. Kit contains
1 amp 12V booster pump, two 5 - micron pre-filters and all fittings.
