minutes. The only tools required are a drill with a 3/16" bit and
a phillips screw driver. SMART TABS SX provide un-equaled performance

boat, and TRACKING RIBS have been added to improve handling at higher
speeds.

Trolling Brakes and Trim Tabs All in One!
The ProTroller series incorporates the ability to turn SMART TABS into trolling brakes. By simply moving a lever up or down, ProTroller Smart Tabs switch between the most effective trim and stabilizer system on the market to the most effective trolling brakes on the market.
TROLLING BRAKES:
With the levers in the down position, the plates drop down to create equal braking on both sides of the boats, providing the added benefit of tracking straight at ultra low speeds. Steering control is maintained because the propeller is not restricted, as with other systems.

Not only can the PR500 Plate Retractor Kit
turn regular Smart Tabs into Protrollers as shown on the Protroller
page, but by simply mounting the brackets the other way, you can
turn any set of trim tabs into Plate Retractors!!! Now your trim
tabs can be retracted to avoid damage while beaching your boat for
