Sales tax will be applied to all order shipping to a Wyoming address.
PRICING
Prices are quoted for immediate sale. We will make every
effort to honor quoted prices, but can not guarantee telephone quotes
or published prices. We suggest you call or email to confirm
pricing before ordering if it has been more than a week since you received
your quote. All
prices are subject to change without notice. We make every attempt
to keep our advertising as accurate as possible, but mistakes in photo,
content and pricing may occur and we are not responsible for such errors
and reserve the right to correct them after an order has been placed.
In the rare instance this were to occur you would be notified prior
to any additional charge.
PAYMENT
METHODS
In order to keep the prices we offer to you at the lowest possible level
we offer credit card payment with all major credit cards through Paypal.
We can now take credit card payments by phone or fax (860-495-2902). If you are
paying by phone or email please be prepared to provide the credit card number,
expiration date, name and address as it appears on you credit card statement,
card verification number (this is the 3 or 4 digit number on the back of your
card) and the shipping address if it differs from your credit card mailing address.
In some cases International orders will be required to use the website payment
system, this is due to high levels of fraud in some parts of the world. You may
also pay by personal check, money order, cash (don't mail us cash this option
is available for local pickups only) or bank wire (extra charges apply for wires).
Paypal is a subsidiary of eBay and a publically trade company that offers online
payment processing to small businesses and individuals. Paypal offers you the
highest level of security possible something that is not cost effective for most
small internet businesses to do alone. Paypal also offers you a third party that
verifies who we are. The security of your information is extremely important
to us at Scuba Steve's Marine Outlet.
HAWAII & ALASKA CUSTOMERS
If you require shipping Hawaii or Alaska please ask for a shipping quote prior
to ordering. Shipping can not currently be automatically calculated for your
destinations. If you have ordered prior to receiving a shipping quote your order
will not ship until the full shipping charges are paid. If the shipping cost
is unacceptable your purchase will be promptly refunded.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
If you require shipping
to destinations outside of the United States of America our method of shipping
is different. We use USPS EMS as our standard method and use shipping methods
to lower your total cost of acquisition when we can. You must ask for a shipping
quote prior to ordering as shipping can not be automatically calculated for international
destinations. If you have ordered prior to receiving a shipping quote your order
will not ship until the full shipping charges are paid. If the shipping cost
is unacceptable your purchase will be promptly refunded. Once your order has
left our distribution center if you cancel your order you are subject to a 15%
restocking charge. Customers are also responsible for any customs charges, VAT
or import duties or fees. You are responsible for knowing what your country charges.
We can help reduce these charges at times. Should you refuse a package you are
responsible for return shipping charges in additon to the restocking charge and
there would be no refund on the initial shipping.
You are also responsible for
providing a valid shipping address and being available to receive the package.
Should a package be returned to us due to multiple delivery attempts where no
one is available to receive the package you are responsible for shipping charges
to redeliver the package. Should you elect to cancel the order after an attempted
delivery no shipping charges will be refunded.
SCUBA STEVE'S RETURN POLICY
Note to my good customers: Since there are
a few customers out there who have taken advantage of my no hassle
returns policy I've had to change a few things on returns.
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE RETURN SHIPPING
IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER NOT SCUBA STEVE'S
PLEASE DO NOT SEND RETURNS WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING ME BY PHONE
OR E-MAIL OR REFUSE ORDERS UPON RECEIPT. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN
MY RESPONSE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE PROPER CREDIT.
- No returns will be accepted if the serial number / UPC code is removed
from the box for the item.
- No returns will be accepted after 20 days receipt.
- No returns will be accepted if the whole package contents are not
included in the return.
- No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number
(RMA) and permission from Scuba Steve's Marine Outlet.
- No returns will be accepted if the order is refused upon receipt.
- Sorry there are NO EXCHANGES. If you return something and want something
else order it online. We keep the transactions separate. Shipping
will apply to both orders, as shipping companies do not refund the
cost to us when you return something.
- We reserve the right to modify our return policies at any time without
notice. We are happy to work with you to resolve any issues you may
have.
Defective Items
PLEASE CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER FIRST TO SEE IF THEY
CAN HELP BEFORE YOU CONTACT US. Within 20 days of receipt of
your order please e-mail me with your name, order number, and reason
for return. We will then provide you with a RMA (return merchandise authorization
number) and return instructions. NOTE: some manufactures will NOT provide
replacements for defective items. They ask that the item be returned
to them for repair. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Special
order items are non-returnable. If you have a question on which items
are special order email me to find out. You are resposible for any
return shipping charges.
Returns for items purchased in a package
Same policy applies for items defective or not. However,
since the individual items were priced as part of the overall package,
you will be given a full refund of Scuba Steve's Marine Outlet's cost
at time of purchase, minus restocking and shipping fees
if applicable, at the time of purchase.
Non-Defective Items
If you wish to return any of Scuba Steve's Marine Outlet's
non-defective products, excluding
special item and software orders, we will refund
any purchase within 20 days of receipt for any
reason, minus return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. You
need to e-mail us with the order number, your
name, and item being returned for a refund. We will then issue
you return instructions. Once the item and its
contents have been returned in their proper condition, we will
then refund your account for the full purchase price minus
a 10% restocking fee of the total sale price before shipping charges. Returned
orders will not be accepted without a RMA
number nor will orders which were refused upon delivery! We
are not able to return non-defective inventory to our vendors,
therefore, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10%
on all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Special
order items are non-returnable. Call or email to find out which
items are special orders.
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE RETURN SHIPPING

Warranty Service
All of the products from the manufacturers Scuba Steve's
Marine Outlet sells hold to the strictest standards of quality control,
and all of the products Scuba Steve's Marine Outlet sells are fully warranted
by the manufacturer. If by chance you receive a product which is defective
(it is rare less than 0.3% of our orders are defective), the manufacturer's
warranty information and service address will be clearly marked on or
in the package you receive. If your product is damaged in shipping, the
issue can quickly be resolved by notifying UPS all orders are fully insured.

Upon checkout prior to payment you will
be told exactly what the shipping costs will be. Most
small items is about $5 to $15 dollars ground to the lower 48 US
states. Your shipment in most cases will ship with UPS, FedEx or DHL.
For International customers you will receive your package via USPS.
Most orders ship same day, if in stock,
Monday - Friday (except major holidays) before 3PM Eastern Standard Time.
We will notify you if any items on your order are out of stock.
Orders shipped to North American destinations
can expect to receive their shipment within approximately 1 to 7 business
days via the carriers above ground service. Scuba Steve's Marine Outlet
is NOT responsible
for delays in shipping after your order has been shipped. Contact the
shipper with your tracking number if there is a delay. To get a almost
perfect time estimate of delivery go to the shippers website and
check out the transit times section, use zip code 08721 Bayville NJ,
most cases, for shipping from location to your zip code location.
However, we do ship from several other locations.
NOTE: NOT ALL ITEMS ARE IN STOCK . If you
want faster shipping email scuba.steve@scubasteve.biz or
call first to check availability of the item before selecting anything
other than Ground.
FedEx and DHL overnight are available depending on the product ordered.
Immediately after you place your order we
will send you an email confirmation that we have received your order
to your registered e-mail address with Paypal (we are not responsible
if you have not provided the correct email address in checkout).
You can track your package either by phone,
email, or on the shippers web site. We try to email everyone with their
tracking number after shipping. In the event we missed emailing your
tracking number for your order email scuba.steve@scubasteve.biz
to request your tracking number, please make sure to let me know the
order number.
NOTE: Please accept the responsibility
to be available when the shipper delivers your order. Scuba Steve's
Marine Outlet is not responsible for lost or stolen orders once they
have been delivered to you, whether you are available at the time of
delivery or not. Contact the shipper for shipping details at their
websites above.
This map shows average transit times for UPS Ground from my warehouse
in New Jersey. Other shippers have similar delivery times.

To cancel an order
After you place an order and need to cancel it you should
try to inform us immediately before shipment. You
are charged for the order as soon as it is shipped. Most orders leave
the warehouse by 3PM Eastern Standard Time. Orders are only shipped
out Monday thru Friday regular business days 8am to 3PM EST.
REPLACEMENT RECEIPT
If you did not get a invoice with your order, or lost
your email receipt, email scuba.steve@scubasteve.biz to
obtain a copy. We will forward you the receipt typically within 24-48
hours of receipt of your request. Sometimes this can take longer

We will never sell or give your personal information to any other person
or entity. We may from time to time email specials and new product announcements
to our customers. You may always opt out of these mailings by contacting
us at neil@westchaseproducts.com. These email notifications tend to be
infrequent with no more than six any any twelve month period.
